Northern Ireland: Still in Trouble?

From 1969, Northern Ireland was a hotspot of political and sectarian violence, with a death toll of more than 3500.
We will look at the history of the “Troubles”, developments since the Good Friday Agreement of 1998, and the situation today.
Maybe Northern Ireland is an example of how to solve a seemingly intractable problem. Or is it?
